Peppery Stuffed Potatoes
- 1 baking potato baked
- 2 tablespoons Dickinson's® Hot Pepper Spread
- or 2 tablespoons Dickinson's® Mild Pepper Spread
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese
- HEAT broiler. Make a deep cut along top of potatoes and gently press from both ends to open. Scoop out a portion of the center of the potato and add pepper spread and sour cream. Top with cheese. Broil until bubbly.
