Ingredients

  • 1 baking potato
  • 2 tbsps. Dickinson's® Hot Pepper Spread
  • 2 tbsps. Dickinson's® Mild Pepper Spread
  • 2 tbsps. sour cream
  • 2 tbsps. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT broiler. Make a deep cut along top of potatoes and gently press from both ends to open. Scoop out a portion of the center of the potato and add pepper spread and sour cream. Top with cheese. Broil until bubbly.
