Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) jar Dickinson's® Cascade Mountain Pure Seedless Red Raspberry Preserves
  • 1 to 2 tbsps. Dickinson's® Lemon Curd
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream, frozen yogurt or ice milk
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish

Directions

  • Step 1

    ADD all ingredients to blender container and blend until smooth. Divide into 4 glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries, if desired.

  • Step 2

    FOR smoother texture, puree preserves before adding remaining ingredients.
