Ingredients

  • 1 (10 oz.) jar Dickinson's® Pure Black Sweet Cherry Preserves
  • 2 cups frozen whipped topping
  • 1 (16 oz.) pound cake
  • 1 cup tart cherries
  • 1 (4-serving size) box instant vanilla pudding
  • Frozen whipped topping
  • Mint leaves

Directions

  • Step 1

    FOLD preserves into whipped topping in medium bowl. Place half of cake cubes on bottom of 2-quart glass bowl or trifle dish. Layer half of cherries on cake and follow with half of preserves mixture and half of pudding. Repeat with remaining half of ingredients. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with whipped topping and mint leaf garnish, if desired.
