Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups complete buttermilk pancake & waffle mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tbsps. oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup Dickinson's® Country Pumpkin Butter
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract
  • Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • breakfast syrup

Directions

  • Step 1

    HEAT griddle. Stir pancake mix, oil, water and eggs until just blended. Stir in pumpkin butter, cinnamon and vanilla.

  • Step 2

    SPRAY griddle with no-stick cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top; cook until second side is golden brown. Remove from griddle and serve with warm syrup.
