Ingredients

  • 1 (13 oz.) bag corn tortilla chips
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. bulk turkey sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained
  • 1 (9.5 oz.) jar Dickinson's® Hot Pepper Spread
  • 1 (9.5 oz.) jar Dickinson's® Mild Pepper Spread
  • 1 medium red pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tbsps. minced fresh cilantro leaves

Directions

  • Step 1

    ARRANGE tortilla chips on microwave-safe serving platter. Combine crumbled cooked sausage, pepper spread, peppers and onions. Spoon mixture evenly over tortilla chips. Top with cheese. Microwave on HIGH about 2 minutes until cheese melts. Sprinkle with cilantro if desired. Serve immediately.
