Peaches & Cream Stuffed French Toast

1 jar DICKINSON’S® Pure Elberta Peach Preserves

1 8-oz. pkg. Cream Cheese, softened

12 slices White Bread

4 lg. Eggs

1/2 c. Half & Half

1 can Sliced Peaches, drained

Butter for frying

Mix cream cheese with the preserves. Spread half of cream cheese mixture on 6 slices of bread. Top each piece with a remaining slice of white bread. Beat eggs and half & half; set aside. Melt butter in a skillet. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture and cook until brown on both sides. To serve, top each sandwich with remaining cream cheese mixture. Garnish with sliced peaches. Makes 6 servings.
