Mexican Omelet

1/4 c. DICKINSON’S® Sweet 'n' Hot Pepper & Onion Relish
3 or 4 lg. Eggs 2-3 Tbsp. Milk 1/2 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded Optional: Sour Cream
Beat eggs and milk. Prepare omelet as you would for a traditional omelet. Once the omelet is turned, fill with relish and cheese. Fold in half. Serve with a dollop of sour cream if desired. Makes 2 servings.
