Spicy Apricot Chicken Wings

1 c. DICKINSON’S® Pure Patterson Apricot Preserves
2 lbs. Chicken Wings 2 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar 1-2 tsp. Hot Pepper Sauce 1 tsp. Chili Powder 1 clove Garlic, minced
Cut chicken wing tips. Cut wings in half and place in a plastic bag. Combine preserves, vinegar, hot pepper sauce, chili powder and garlic. Pour 1/2 sauce in the plastic bag with wings. Seal and marinate 1 hour or overnight. Refrigerate remaining sauce to use for dipping when served. Heat grill. Discard marinade/ sauce and cook wings on grill for 25-30 minutes. Brush wings with the reserved sauce during the last 5 minutes of grilling. Serve with any remaining sauce.
