Chewy Raspberry Bars

1 c. DICKINSON’S® Pure CASCADE MOUNTAIN™ Red Raspberry Preserves

1 c. PILLSBURY BEST® All Purpose Flour

1/2 c. Butter or Margarine

1 c. Brown Sugar, firmly packed

1/2 tsp. Baking Powder

1 c. uncooked Oatmeal, Old-Fashioned or Quick-Cooking

Grease an 8" or 9" square or round baking pan. Combine butter and sugar, beat until fluffy. Mix in flour, baking powder and oats until crumbly. Reserve 1/4 cup, pat remaining mixture into the bottom of the baking pan. Dot preserves over crumb crust. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture. Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes or until brown. Cool and cut into bars.
