Berry Crepes with Lemon Sauce

1 jar DICKINSON’S® Lemon Curd
1 1/4 c. Fresh Blueberries, rinsed 1 1/4 c. Fresh Strawberries, sliced 1 1/4 c. Fresh Raspberries 1 Tbsp. Sugar 1 8-oz. pkg. Cream Cheese, softened 1/2 c. Apple Juice 12 crepes (6 1/2")
Combine berries and sugar in a bowl; save 2 Tbsp. for the garnish and set aside. For the sauce, beat cream cheese with the curd until smooth; slowly blend in juice. Place 1/2 c. of berries into the center of one crepe. Spoon 1-2 Tbsp. sauce over berries. Roll up; place on serving plate. Repeat with remaining crepes. Pour remaining sauce over crepes and serve immediately. Garnish with berries. Makes 6 servings.
