Hazelnut Waffles with Warm Boysenberry Sauce

1 jar DICKINSON’S® Pure Seedless Boysenberry Preserves
1 1/4 c. Flour 3 tsp. Baking Powder 1/2 tsp. Salt 2 Eggs, separated 1 c. Milk 3 Tbsp. Butter, melted 3/4 c. Hazelnuts, finely chopped 1/4 c. Apple Juice Optional: Whipped Cream
Sift together dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. Slightly beat yolks and milk. Pour egg mixture and melted butter into a well made in the dry ingredients; stir only until all ingredients are mixed. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into batter along with hazelnuts. Pour batter on preheated waffle iron. Bake 4-5 minutes, or until crispy and browned. In a small microwave-safe bowl, combine preserves and juice; stir to mix. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute or until warmed. Serve with waffles. Garnish with optional whipped cream.
