Apple-Chipotle Shrimp

1 jar DICKINSON’S® Apple Butter 2 Tbsp. DICKINSON’S® Lime Curd
1 Tbsp. Balsamic Vinegar 1 Tbsp. Chipotle Sauce 1 Tbsp. CRISCO® Pure Olive Oil 1 tsp. Garlic, minced 1 1/2 lbs. Peeled & Deveined Shrimp, Tuna or Swordfish
In a mixing bowl, whisk together apple butter, lime curd, vinegar, chipotle sauce, oil and garlic. Reserve 1/3 cup of this mixture for basting. Pour remaining marinade mixture into a large resealable plastic bag with shrimp. Seal, and marinade in the refrigerator for about 2 hours. Preheat grill to medium heat. Drain shrimp, disposing of marinade in bag. Grill shrimp 5 minutes per side, or until opaque, basting frequently with reserved marinade. Serve immediately.
SERVING IDEAS: This is a uniquely tangy marinade sauce. Try it on beef shish kabobs too!
