Frozen Blackberry Pops

1 jar DICKINSON’S® PURELY FRUIT® Seedless Blackberry Spreadable Fruit

1 c. Half & Half, or Light Cream

1 tsp. Lemon Juice

Combine all ingredients until well blended. Pour into ice cube trays or 6 1/3-c. popsicle molds. Insert sticks once liquid firms up in the freezer. Freeze overnight. Makes 6 pops.

SERVING IDEAS: This is a great dessert surprise for a summer meal or an anytime kid treat. Substitute Dickinson's Seedless Boysenberry Preserves or your favorite flavor of PURELY FRUIT Spreadable Fruit.
