Strawberry French Toast

1 jar DICKINSON’S® PURELY FRUIT® Strawberry Spreadable Fruit

4 lg. Eggs

1 c. Half & Half

1 Tbsp. Almond Extract

1 Tbsp. Cinnamon

1 loaf French Bread, cut 1" thick

1-2 Tbsp. Butter, for frying

Optional: Powdered Sugar

Mix eggs, half & half, almond extract and cinnamon together with a whisk. Dip bread into batter and fry in melted butter. Serve with spreadable fruit and optional powdered sugar. Makes 6 servings.

NOTE: Set up a condiment bar with raspberry and peach flavors, whipped topping and extra powdered sugar.
