Pumpkin Butter Nut Bread

3 c. PILLSBURY BEST® All Purpose Flour
2 c. Sugar 2 tsp. Baking Soda 1 1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/4 tsp. Ground Cloves 2 jars DICKINSON’S® Pumpkin Butter 2 Eggs 2/3 c. CRISCO® Light Olive Oil 2/3 c. Nuts
Sift first seven ingredients into a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the pumpkin butter, eggs, oil and nuts. Add this to the flour mixture, stirring just to combine. Batter will be stiff. Grease two 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" loaf pans. Spoon batter into the pans. Bake at 350°F for 55-60 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Remove from pans and let cool completely, then wrap to help maintain moisture. Makes 2 loaves.
NOTE: This bread will freeze very well.
