Hot Pepper Beef Kabobs

1 jar DICKINSON’S® Hot or Mild Pepper Spread
2 cloves Garlic, minced 2 Tbsp. Lime Juice 2 lg. Green Bell Peppers, cut in 1" pieces 1 14-oz. can Pineapple Chunks, drained 1 Sweet Onion, cut in 1" pieces 1 lb. Beef Sirloin Steak, cut into 1" squares
For the sauce, in a small saucepan combine the pepper spread, garlic and lime juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until pepper spread is melted. Remove from heat. On four 12" skewers alternately thread steak, green pepper, pineapple and onion. Grill the kabobs on the rack of an uncovered grill over medium heat for 10-12 minutes or until steak is cooked to desired doneness, turning kabobs once and brushing occasionally with glaze the last 5 minutes of grilling. Serve with remaining sauce. Makes 4 servings.
