Sweet & Savory Meatballs

1 jar DICKINSON’S® Apple Butter

1/2 c. DICKINSON’S® PURELY FRUIT® Orange Spreadable Fruit

1 lb. Ground Meat (Turkey, Pork, Chicken, Beef, etc.)

3 Tbsp. Lemon Juice

1/4 tsp. Salt

1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger

Form ground meat into balls about 3/4" to 1" in diameter. Place in a shallow baking pan. Bake 15 minutes in a 400°F oven or until thoroughly cooked. Drain on paper towels. Combine remaining ingredients and heat over low heat until preserves are melted. Add meatballs and simmer 15 minutes. Serve hot from a chafing dish or over a candle warmer. Makes 50 appetizers.
