Chili-Apricot Pork Chops

1 jar DICKINSON’S® PURELY FRUIT® Apricot Spreadable Fruit
1 c. Chili Sauce 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard 6 Boneless Pork Chops, 1" thick
Heat preserves, chili sauce and mustard and stir until well blended. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Place chops in broiler pan. Broil 5" from heat for 10 minutes. Turn chops and brush with glaze. Broil 10 minutes more or until centers are just slightly pink and juices run clear. Spoon remaining glaze over meat before serving. Makes 6 servings.
SERVING IDEAS: Substitute Dickinson's Peach or Apricot Preserves.
