Tiny Cream Puffs

1 jar DICKINSON’S® PURELY FRUIT® Black Sweet Cherry Spreadable Fruit 1/2 c. PILLSBURY BEST® All Purpose Flour
1/4 c. Butter 1/2 c. Water 2 Eggs 2 c. Whipped Topping
Place butter in water and bring to a boil. Sift flour and add to the butter mixture. Cook, stirring vigorously, until butter leaves the sides of the pan and forms a ball. Remove from heat. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Drop by round teaspoonfuls onto a well-greased baking sheet. Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes, then at 350°F for 15 minutes. Cool on a rack. Split open and fill with preserves and whipped topping. Makes 6 servings.

NOTE: An excellent dessert to serve at a party! In England this recipe is called Profiteroles.
