Boysenberry Cheesecake

1 jar DICKINSON’S® Pure Seedless Boysenberry Preserves
1 Refrigerated Pie Crust (from 15-oz. pkg.), softened as directed on package 4 8-oz. pkgs. Cream Cheese 1 1/3 c. Sugar 4 Eggs Few drops of Almond Extract Optional: Whipped Topping
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a 10" springform pan with the pie crust. Bake until lightly browned. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and beat until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix at a lower speed until smooth. Fold in almond extract and preserves. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 325°F and bake for an additional 45 minutes. Chill until serving. Serve with optional whipped topping. Makes 18 servings.
