Cranberry Cheesecake

1 jar DICKINSON’S® Cranberry Relish
4 8-oz. pkgs. Cream Cheese, softened 4 Eggs 1 1/3 c. Sugar 1 Refrigerated Pie Crust (from 15-oz. pkg.), softened as directed on package Few drops of Almond Extract
Line a 9" springform pan with the prepared pie crust. Bake at 400°F until lightly browned. Beat cream cheese until smooth; add sugar and beat until smooth. Add eggs one at a time. Mix at a lower speed until smooth. Fold in almond extract and relish. Pour into prepared crust. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. Lower heat to 325°F and bake for an additional 45 minutes. Makes 18 servings.
