Peach Barbecue Sauce

1 jar DICKINSON’S® Pure Elberta Peach Preserves

1/4 c. each DICKINSON’S® Premium Tomato Ketchup and Vinegar

1 tsp. each Garlic and Ginger Root, finely chopped

2 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

1 tsp. Salt & White Pepper, mixed

Prepared Meatballs

Cilantro, chopped

In a blender, combine all ingredients and whirl until smooth. Pour into a serving dish. Using colored toothpicks, display prepared meatballs in the sauce. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Heat in microwave until warmed. Makes 6 servings.
